The Lebap velayat team “Lebap 1” successfully competed in the competition for the Turkmenistan 3x3 basketball championship among girls under 19 years old, winning a silver medal.
At the competitions held on September 13, Lebap velayat was represented by the teams “Lebap 1” and “Lebap 2”.
In their first match, the Lebap 1 team beat the Dashoguz velayat team with a score of 16:7. In the semi-finals, the Lebap basketball players met the Mary 2 team and, in a bitter fight, won with a score of 9:8.
In the final match, the Lebap 1 team faced off against the Mary 1 team. The match ended with a score of 16:10 in favor of the Mary velayat team.
Thus, the Lebap 1 team, taking second place at the Turkmenistan championship, won a silver medal.
