Turkmenistan continues to implement projects aimed at increasing production capacity for the production of construction materials and creating new jobs. One of these projects is related to the construction of a new plant for the production of plasterboard and dry building mixtures in the city of Dostluk.

The new enterprise plans to annually produce 20 million square meters of plasterboard and 250 thousand tons of dry construction mixtures. Commissioning of the plant, which will belong to the Türkmen Gips business entity, is scheduled for 2026.

As part of the project, it is planned to equip the enterprise with modern European equipment. The construction of the plant is being carried out in cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan and the Ak bulut economic society.

The launch of a new production enterprise will make it possible to meet the needs of the construction industry with local products, effectively use raw materials and expand the capabilities of the domestic market. The implementation of the project will also contribute to the creation of new jobs and the development of industrial production in the country.
