According to the Hydrometeorological Service of Turkmenistan, partly cloudy weather is expected in the velayat on September 8. Daytime temperatures will be around +35...+37°C, and night temperatures will be within +17...+22°C. In some places, the north-west wind may increase to 14 m/s.

In general, during the period from September 7 to 14, hot weather is expected in Lebap velayat in the first days, after which the temperature will gradually drop. Daytime air temperatures will range from +32°C to +39°C. Nights throughout the velayat will become cooler, especially in the Koytendag and Magdanlinsky districts. Winds may increase in some places.
