A professional competition was held in the Lebap velayat library with the participation of employees of district and city libraries. The main goals of the competition were to improve the operation of the digital system in libraries, expand the capabilities of the unified electronic system, disseminate best practices, and identify professionally distinguished employees.
The competition assessed the professional skills of library workers, their work experience and ability to use new technologies. Particular attention was also paid to improving the quality of library services, developing electronic systems and introducing modern working methods.
According to the results of the competition, the director of the central library of the Kerkinsky etrap, Chemen Pirnazarova, took first place.
The second place was taken by the chief librarian of the central city library of Turkmenabat Agagul Dzhumagulieva.
The third place was taken by the librarian of the central library of the Khalach etrap, Lyalagul Annamuradova.
The professional competition was one of the events promoting the exchange of experience between library workers, the dissemination of best practices and the further expansion of the use of digital technologies in the library system.
