Turkmenabat Bakery No. 1 has achieved high production indicators over the nine months of this year. In January–September, the company produced a total of 6 thousand 662 tons of bread and bakery products. The plan was fulfilled by 138.94 percent.
In the last month alone, the plant produced 730 tons of bakery products. Of this volume, 270 tons were tin bread, and 460 tons were national varieties of bread. Every day the company produces and supplies the population on average more than 14.5 thousand loaves of pan bread and over 29 thousand national flatbreads.
The company, which has been serving the population since 1978, ensures its production activities thanks to the well-coordinated work of such divisions as Esasy çörek, Milli çörek, Lebap çörek and Altyn däne. Nine types of bread and bakery products are produced here. Among them are “talyp”, “altyn däne”, “ak bugdaý”, “höwesli”, “gaýmakly”, “baton”, “kömelek” and “süýtli kak çöregi”.
The work of experienced workers is of particular importance in the production process. In the Esasy çörek bakery, Manzurokhan Ovlyakuliyeva and Dilfuza Seidova work conscientiously, in the Milli çörek - Perhat Sapargulyev and Dzhumangul Ereshova, in the Altyn däne - Muhabbat Kurbanova, Zeynep Dovletova and Khusnura Tursunova, and in the Lebap division çörek" - Nadezhda Kashun and Gulbahar Umarova.
By producing high-quality bread and bakery products, the company's employees contribute to meeting the food needs of the population and ensuring an abundance of goods in the markets.
