The Gylychbay Arna canal plays an important role in providing water to agricultural lands of Lebap velayat. The canal flowing through the territory of the Bereket farmers' association is of great importance for irrigating crop areas in the northern part of the velayat.

Experienced mirap master Amangeldy Shukurov comes every morning to a section of the canal that runs near the village and watches the flow of water. Based on his many years of experience, he determines changes in water level, flow strength and volume.

According to Mirap, the water level in the canal has increased slightly in recent days. Currently, irrigation mainly covers intermediate crops and fields with already emerged winter wheat. Providing most fields with the necessary amount of water is an important condition for the normal development of autumn crops.

In autumn, when the weather is cool in the mornings and warmer in the afternoon, the canal remains pleasantly cool. Flowing water, coastal vegetation and old willows give this place a special beauty.

Known among local residents as "Gylychbay Arna", this canal is an important part of the irrigation system inherited from their ancestors. Rational use of its water resources, monitoring the condition of the canal and timely watering of agricultural land are the main conditions for obtaining a rich harvest.
