Various ceremonial events will be held in educational institutions of Lebap velayat on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year. One of the main directions will be the joyful welcome of students to educational institutions at the beginning of the new school year, demonstration of opportunities created for the younger generation and celebration of successes achieved in the field of education.
In the velayat, in the 2025–2026 academic year, a total of 23,561 students graduated from secondary schools.
In the new academic year, 20,988 children will be admitted to the first grades of secondary schools in Lebap velayat. Children who cross the threshold of school for the first time will be presented with modern computers on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan in a solemn atmosphere.
At events dedicated to the new academic year, special attention is paid to the development of the digital education system. The widespread introduction of modern technologies into the educational process helps to increase the level of knowledge of young people and develop their digital skills.
Also, educational institutions will widely celebrate the state’s care for the younger generation, the fruitful work of teachers and the future successes of students. In this regard, ceremonial events called “Altyn asyr altyn zehinler” will be held, at which special attention will be paid to the achievements of talented and capable youth.
